We come twice a year to maintenance your system, once in the spring to get ready for those hot days of summer and once in the fall to get ready for those frosty days of winter.   • Clean Condenser Coil
  • Check refrigerant pressures
  • Check condensate drain
  • Oil Fan Motor
  • Calibrate thermostat(s)
  • Clean/Replace filters
  • Tighten electrical connections
  • Adjust/Monitor air flow
  • Test starting capability
 

    Fall Maintenance

  • Clean rust/debris in furnace
  • Monitor/Adjust gas pressure
  • Test & Adjust safety control
  • Inspect/Adjust blower components
  • Check for cracks in the heat exchanger
  • Clean/Replace Filters
  • Tighten electrical connections
  • Adjust/Monitor air flow
  • Test starting capability
